With a background in chemical engineering and an MBA, she built her career across Fortune 500 companies and high-growth startups in fashion, beauty, and wellness. Along the way, she’s scaled global brands, led breakthrough product launches, and built high-performing teams across major markets including New York City, San Francisco, and Los Angeles.
She brings expertise in brand, business, and innovation—anchored by a deep belief in leadership that prioritizes people, purpose, and well-being.

With a background and passion for software engineering, Tim transitioned from law to the Fintech space where he designed and implemented payment platforms and compliance solutions for startups in the San Francisco Bay Area and Los Angeles.
His diverse experience fuels TLC’s commitment to precision, innovation, and reliability—driven by values of integrity, impact, and long-term trust.
